Dan joined Granite Capital Group to support the VP of Acquisitions in sourcing new deals, structuring debt, consulting on advisory transactions, and underwriting properties. He also produces the technical writing for investment memos, offering packages, and marketing material.

Prior to joining the firm, he began his career in real estate as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing public real estate development companies, joint ventures, and funds. He transitioned to sales as an Account Executive at Yardi Systems where he managed accounts for Yardi’s commercial real estate clients.

Dan is an avid cyclist, runner, and beach sports enthusiast having grown up in sunny Carlsbad, CA.  Dan graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Economics and Accounting.
