Kim joined Granite Capital Group with over 15 years of experience in construction management as well as nearly two decades of project management experience in commercial interior design.  Kim has excelled at various project roles from on-site construction management to leading overall project development, owner’s representation, client relationships, and bringing projects from conception to completion.  She is a passionate problem solver who believes an effective path forward can always be found in the midst of any challenge.

Kim has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Texas Tech University and lives in northern Colorado.  She enjoys all outdoor activities including biking, fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, and is a travel enthusiast.
