Lauren Guttas-Savett
Lauren Guttas-Savett specializes in the targeting, underwriting, and disposition of new assets. Prior to joining Granite Capital, Mrs. Guttas-Savett was responsible for overseeing over 3,000 multifamily units on the West Coast at Carmel Partners. Her previous background also includes multifamily investment sales at Colliers, strategy for real estate technology at Rentlytics (acquired by RealPage), and forensics consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mrs. Guttas-Savett completed her undergraduate degree at University of California, Haas School of Business.
Mrs. Guttas-Savett is actively involved with Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the committee for Young Leaders (YLG) and the committee for Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). She has previously acted as a committee chair for Sponsorship and for Rising Leaders for CREW SF (Commercial Real Estate Women), as well as the Membership Committee at St. Francis Yacht Club. In her free time, Mrs. Guttas-Savett enjoys training for triathlons, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and dog, Voltaire.
